In fact I am seldom concerned with whether a person I meet wants to or does join my team, my ONLY interest is what kind of a relationship can I build with that person.

Relationships are the Life Blood of Network Marketing and the more friendship, trust and depth you have in a relationship, the more lasting it will be whether personal or business.

So when I look for my potential business partners I’m really looking for people I can launch a long term relationship with, one that is built on the foundation of trust and will grow to be mutually beneficial, for everyone involved. A win-win situation.

Your Network Marketing organisation will be more solid, stable and thriving when it is built upon the values of relationship building rather than ‘recruiting’ – that word sucks! Who wants to be recruited? 21st Century Network Marketing is not like joining the Military or some cult!

People can choose who they would like to work with and learn from. People need to be coached, guided and helped not recruited.

So enough of this – let’s dig in to this exciting information that has the proven potential to change your life for the better.
